Sunday March 2nd, 2025, surrounded by his family, Colt Winchester White left his broken body, joined his brother Cash and jumped into the arms of our Lord Jesus. Colt was born Feb 9th, 2011, he was strong and resilient from the beginning. He observed the world with his big eyes and gentle spirit. Colt rolled with a lot of changes in his first months of life. At six months old, he had his first seizure which began his medical journey. He had a very tough four years but was resilient and strong through it all.
Colt had a quirky personality that made everyone he met fell in love with him. He was known for flirting with ladies of all ages. Doctors were always impressed with how well he did and how aware Colt was despite all his medical complications and conditions. He definitely defied the odds!
The last four years of Colt’s life were his best yet! He was growing into a full-blown goofy teenager. Colt loved to play jokes on his therapists and teachers! He enjoyed an evening party, where he was the center of attention and the life of the party.
Colt will be greatly missed but we stand strong in our faith that we will be reunited with him in Heaven, whole and healthy, where he will run into our arms.
We want to thank all of Colt’s therapists, teachers, doctors, family, friends and everyone in the community who have continued to walk with us through this journey. We appreciate your love for Colt and our family.
In lieu of flowers you can make donations to The Ronald McDonald House and/or The Options Clinic.
We will be honoring Colt and his life, on March 7th at 10am at Trailhead Christian Fellowship Church, followed by a reception at The Betsy Sports Zone.
