Shirley and Family: I’m saddened to hear of Delbert’s passing. I’ve thought often of our days in the old neighborhood, Broadwater School — what fun we all had. We go back a long way, and I cherish those memories. Take care, dear friend. I’m thinking of you in my daily devotions.
