Michele Lynn Leyva, 42 years old, passed away November 4, 2012.
Michele was born January 17, 1970 in Castro Valley California to Pam Inkster and Stephen Brazelton.
She grew up in San Leandro California where she met and married Tranquilino D. “Junior” Leyva, Jr. on October 6, 1989. They would then make their home in Fairbanks Alaska, Ft. Ord, California and Ft. Lewis, Washington.
After a visit to Montana they would make their home in Townsend Montana, where they would raise their two children daughter Linsey and son Michael.
Michele enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls, collectable cows and garage sales. She had many jobs over the years, which included selling Avon, working as a CNA at the Broadwater Health Center and, most importantly, being a mother.
She was an active member of the Trailhead Christian Fellowship Church where she was able to find the Lord.
Michele was a wonderful wife, mother, granddaughter, daughter, sister, and friend.
Michele is preceded in death by her father Stephen Brazelton and grandfather Michael A. Sanchez.
Michele is survived by her husband Junior, daughter Linsey, and son Michael of Townsend, her mother Pam Inkster, grandmother Wanda Sanchez and brother Michael Brazelton all of San Leandro, CA, sisters Lauren Brazelton and Kelly Brazelton of Hayward, CA, aunt and uncles; Debbie Delina, Diane Ludwag, David Brazelton, Jeff Brazelton, and JoAnn Rivard and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many extended family and friends from California and Montana.
A memorial service to celebrate Michele’s life will be held on Saturday, December 1 at 11:00 am at the Trailhead Christian Fellowship Church.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the children at American Federal Savings Bank in Townsend. Arrangements by Connors Funeral Home.
