Mr. Arensmeyer was one of the best teachers I ever had. I so appreciated all of the time he spent explaining math to me. He was always in the class before and after school for help when I needed it, which was often. He was always available for anyone who wanted his help. He treated everyone in a respectful way and he expected the same in return. I am so thankful to have had him as a teacher and will never forget him. 🙏🏻❤️

The first time I met Tom, was on the Trail to Sperry Chalet in Glacier National Park. I worked with him for a number of summers. We both went to Universituy of Montana and remained friends after graduation. I had the privilege of Meeting both Lynn and Judy over the years. I think if I had to name a best friend who was a guy, it would have been Tom. He helped me through a variety of hard times. I was honored and proud to call him my friend. Condolences to his family and friends.

Mr. Arensmeyer was a great teacher. The reason I know this is when an individual such as him can teach an individual like myself algebra 1 & 2 they need to be listed in the teachers hall of fame. Ater his algebra 1 class I signed up for algebra 2 because he could explain why (A + B) – X = Y ….. I thought Mr Arensmeyer was just equivalent to Albert Einstein plus later in life he was such a good man in the way he always acknowledged me when we met up town. Although he always seemed serious he was a very funny man and I know many people will miss his humor ….R.I.P. Mr. Arensmeyer

I am so thankful for Mr. Arensmeyer. He was a great teacher, connected with his students, and spent as much time required to work with both top students as well as struggling students, which I was one. He was there at school both early and late to assist anyone who wanted or needed help. My sophomore year I was flunking Algebra, which meant that I would not be eligible to play basketball that season. Mr. Arensmeyer spoke with me and said, “I know you are really struggling to get this, but if you come in daily for help, sincerely try, and don’t miss a day, I will pass you.” He saved my life, as playing basketball was the most important thing to me at that time. I passed with a D-, and was able to play ball for what proved to be my finest season. He was an extraordinary man who positively touched many lives. Thank you, and God bless you, Sir.
